PUTRAJAYA, July 22 — Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali yesterday issued guidelines for the operation of government offices according to phases under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) with regard to attendance, service counters and meetings which will take effect from July 26.
